Membership details

Your payment will be pulled on the same day every month that you first started your membership for 5 total payments after which you will need to call and cancel membership if you would not like to continue. You may cancel any time after the 5-month term.

Membership Cancelation Policy

If canceled prior to the 5-month term a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your card. Cancelation requires a 30 day notice.

Appointment Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

You may cancel your appointment 2 hours prior to your appointment if canceled within 2 hours of appointment time you may be subject to losing your service credit.

If you show up later than 5 min after your appointment time you may be subject to having to reschedule and lose your service credit

No show appointments will inquire a loss of the service credit

Membership can be shared with 1 other person. This person must stay the same throughout the 5-month contract period. After which you may change this person only every 5 months. This person can be removed from the membership at any time however a new person cannot be added until after the 5-month period.

Service credits/ Services are based on a per month use and do not roll over.

Appointment cancellations will require a 2-hour notice or the full cost of the service will be charged.
